Perfect timing!! I have been talking to Lenny at race tech myself and am days away from purchasing this exact set-up. I have talked to multiple people that have tried to talk me out of the race tech components for one reason or another. Its great to read a real world test with such a positve result.

FYI,

That was my Forks and Sthock you used.  I'm glad you enjoyed them!  I look forward to using the new shock soon.  And Race Tech did have a shock previous to this, I used all of last year.  And David Anthony used similar stuff and put his bike in Super Pole a few times last season in AMA.

Thanks Mike!  We appreciated the loan.  Hope your new suspension helps you win!

Dude, just between you and me. I didn't want to make a big deal about this in the article but that stuff was flawed.  A true pro like you shouldn't settle.  You should get new ones.  Just go ahead and send those nasty old forks and shock back to me...angel

Chris,

You've lost a serious amount of weight from the looks of the picture in the article.

You look mahvelous!

Thanks for noticing!  I really got after it last summer, inspired by the AMA opportunity.  Dropped 45 pounds and still working on it.  Improving the old power to weight ratio the cheap way!

Chris,

Was out of town for a few days, I hope I win to!!!!!!!!!!!  happyIt was a great article.  To bad that old crappy shock already got put on, forks too.  Or I would be sure to send them right back and make Lenny get me some new worthwhile stuff. I guess I will just have to make due, bummer!

If anyone is going to the Power Sports expo in Indy stop by the Autolite booth and say hi.  Both the bike and myself will by in the Autolite booth in the main hall.  Should be exciting!

Our latest Kawasaki project will be in the Woodcraft booth.  I'll come by and see you, Mike!

Glad you like them, Andy.

Was so impressed after the test that I ordered these parts for my personal Gixxer as well.  I have the shock but they told me that some a-whole named Fieldhouse shocked bought the last set of Gixxer cartridges, so I'm currently forkless.sad

If I ever catch that Fieldhouse guy...
