Hello Everyone,

After contributing a couple of times to the site, and reading the material regularly, I thought it was time for me to join the forum! Now that I have things under control here in the nations capital (if this city even knows what 'under control' is) I am ready to get back to the track! I didn't make it at all last year and it was quite annoying. This summer it looks like I will be a more regular fixture riding my (now) blue and black 2000 GSX-R.

If anyone is in this part of the country, let me know! I am always up for someone to work on bike's with!

Cheers,

Darrell

welcome- I'm probably the closest TDM staffer to you- I live in the Philly suburbs & coach with STT & occasionally ride with NESBA, Absolute and/or Roger lyle.

hey Darrell - I'm in the silver spring area and recently picked up a k8 gixxer for the upcoming season. Where do you ride? We normally go north on 270 away from the city, but looking for other places. I started looking at the rider classes at Summit. See ya.

That's a hot looking Gixxer.  Love the white paint!

Hi Larry,

I actually don't have a street bike at the moment...I converted my Gixxer to track only. I have ridden Summit and BeaveRun, and this year will be frequenting NJMP and also doing Mid-Ohio, Monticello, BeaveRun, VIR, and Summit.

If you are ever up for going to the track, let me know. I will help you get set up!

Cheers,

D
