We’ve previously reviewed the current model of Sidi’s Vortice boots; in fact, we tested them a bit harder than we’d have liked.  Click here for the full story but the bottom line is that they are a bit of a pain to put on, are the best fitting, most comfortable boots we’ve tested and offer an incredible amount of protection.

In commemoration of Sidi’s 50th anniversary, American distributor, Motonation, is pleased to announce a one time, built-to-order, production run of Sidi’s Vortice road racing boot in a special 50th anniversary color scheme.  These bling boots will offer all the features and protection of the standard Vortice but will feature gold colored armor, toe sliders, adjusters and vent covers, as well as a tricolor stripe and a Fiftieth Anniversary logo.

The retail price of this boot will be $550 each pair.

The boots will be produced in May and delivered to USA dealers in July.

Motonation will not keep any extra inventory; only those boots that are pre-ordered will be manufactured and delivered to the USA making this truly a collector’s edition!

Available in metric sizes 41 thru 48 in the pictured color only.

No spare parts will be available in the gold color pictured.

All orders must be submitted to Motonation from its dealers by March 1st.

No orders can be canceled or modified after March 1st.

Orders after March 1st will not be accepted.
