Something for everyone

The MCRA, (Midwest Cafe Racing Association) located in St. Louis, MO, would like to announce our newly renovated trackday & racing series here in the Midwest: The 2012 I-70 Challenge Series!  This series will consist of eight 2-day events held at 3 tracks:  Gateway(IL), Putnam Park(IN) & Heartland Park(KS), all right off of Hwy 70. 

We offer the perfect combination of trackdays & racing.  Our events consist of the

usual routine of rotating Expert, Intermediate & Novice sessions for the trackday enthusiast, combined with a 25 minute Nov/Exp GT race at noon and GT lights (lightweight twins) and Sportsman (beginners) races at the end of the day!

At each event, MCRA also offers two “Test the Track” sessions per day.  This program is aimed at riders who are brand new off the street and helps to ease their transition to the race track.  The MCRA Racing Clinic is our race licensing course for up-and-coming racers who do not already have a race license from other qualifying organizations (CCS, WERA, AMA, CMRA, CRA, etc).  Our racing events come complete with purse payouts & trophy presentations!

The MCRA has been in operation since the late 70's, holding trackdays &

affiliated racing events with CCS/WERA/AMA.  Now, we have our own grass-roots series that caters to riders of all skill levels from beginners to experienced

racers!
